Proposed · under review before launch
One base price, a few switches you turn on yourself, and never a cut of your fee.
There is no plan ladder here, because there is not one in the billing code either. A base carries the whole clinical record; a few services are priced on their own so the therapist who uses a tool is the one paying for it; and two of them are metered rather than monthly, because our own cost for those is per minute and a flat rate would quietly punish a full caseload.
Pricing
Sixty-nine dollars, and a short row of things you switch on yourself.
Proposed · under review
These figures are what Pexido intends to charge, not a published tariff. They are still being reviewed and any of them can move before launch. They are here because a therapist deciding whether to look further deserves a number rather than "contact us", and because a price nobody will state is usually a price you would not like. When they are settled, this page says so and the word above comes off.
No plan ladder, because there isn't one in the billing code either. There is a base that carries the whole clinical record, and a few services priced on their own, so the therapist who uses a tool is the one paying for it. Pexido never takes a percentage of your fee.
Base
The clinical record, scheduling, video including group rooms, secure messaging, appointment reminders, the client portal, per-client billing, insurance reports and superbills, good faith estimates, claim files, group therapy, staff access, importing your records from another system, and taking everything back out again.
Directory listing
Free until Pexido finds you your first client, and then three months on us. The directory opens one state at a time, so while it is still closed in yours there is nothing to pay and nothing to cancel.
Note assistant
Metered rather than a flat add-on, because our own cost is per minute and a flat rate would quietly punish a full caseload. You pay for the note that gets written, not the minutes spent — an eight-person group produces eight notes. A sixty-minute individual hour is a dollar, and nothing is charged at all if no draft is delivered.
Taking a deposit
Collect part of the fee at the moment of booking, into the balance you withdraw from.
Taking the full fee
Collect the whole fee at booking instead.
Card processing
At cost — exactly what the card processor charges, passed through with nothing added on top. This is one of the five commitments written separately into the agreement, not a policy we can quietly revisit later.
Keeping a session's audio
Only if you decide to keep an hour at the end of it, and only where the client agreed to that separately. Not a subscription: you are asked once, per session, after the session.
Free, and meant to stay that way
- Dictation, up to fifteen minutes a note. Never metered, and free for good rather than for a trial period — so it is also the cheapest way to find out whether the drafts are any use to you. This is the route for therapists who will not record a session, and it has to be a real route rather than a worse one.
- Typing a few lines and having them expanded. No audio involved, so there is nothing to meter.
- Asking the record a question, and the brief before a session. Both sit in the base.
- Taking your records out. In full, without asking us, and it stays free.
How the bill behaves
- One running total. Base plus whatever you switched on, shown before it is charged rather than after.
- Monthly, renewing until you cancel. Cancel from your own settings at any time, with no notice period and no exit fee. Cancelling stops the next month; it does not shorten the month you paid for.
- A price change arrives with notice. And never mid-period — a period you have paid for keeps the price you paid.
- Switching a service off is clean. It stops at the next billing cycle, and nothing is prorated against you.
- Your balance is your money. Client payments land in a balance you withdraw from, and the assistant draws from that same balance. We don't sell credit, so there is nothing to top up and forfeit.
A low balance never stops a session. The most it does is keep the assistant from listening to a new one — and dictation is still free at that point, so the note still gets written.
Five commitments
Shown to you on their own, and accepted on their own.
These five are not buried in the agreement among the indemnity clauses. They are presented separately, with their own confirmation, because they are the commercial position of this product rather than administrative small print — and because a promise you had to scroll past is not a promise.
-
Pexido never takes a percentage of your fee
Not at launch, not later, not on a tier. A platform that takes a slice of every session has a reason to keep you inside it and a reason to want your fee higher. This one is paid the same whether you see four clients a week or forty.
-
Your clients are yours — during and after
Someone who found you through Pexido is your client, not Pexido's. There is no clause that makes them ours if you leave, and no restriction on your contacting them.
-
A billing dispute never cuts off access to the record
Whatever is unresolved between you and us about money, the chart stays reachable and exportable. Records are a licensure obligation; using them as leverage would make our commercial problem into your professional one.
-
A price change comes with notice, and never mid-period
A period you have paid for keeps the price you paid. The single loudest complaint in this market is a subscription that jumped with less than a month's warning, and this is the clause that answers it.

Nothing is exclusive
Keep your current system running alongside this one for as long as you like. Stay listed in other directories. Nothing here asks you to commit before you have evidence, and the export works from the first day rather than the day you ask to leave.
